Plans are drawn to accepted code standards for the Tucson and surrounding areas. However, it is not uncommon for city, county, and local governments to have additional requirements that must be met in order to build a home.  City of Tucson, Pima County, Town of Oro Valley, Town of Marana and Pinal

County each have their own addendums to the IRC code.

Structural analysis, engineering and specifications are not included with our plans. Architectural Concepts can assist in obtaining required structural analysis to obtain local permit. 

 

The Customer is to verify all lot conditions and measurements before construction.  Site / Grading plans are not included with our plans. 

 

Septic design not included with our plans. (Where applicable).

Heating and cooling (HVAC) are not included with our plans.  Architectural Concepts can assist in obtaining required HVAC design / layout and calculations to obtain local permit.
